PEOPLE WHO PLAY A PART IN YOU RESTORATION

There are several people involved in handling a claim. Field adjusters, claims adjustors, estimators, contractors, technicians, the list goes on and can be overwhelming and confusing. We’ll take the confusion aspect out by working directly with your adjuster and all relevant parties.

We use insurance company-approved software to quote and plan your restoration project and operate strictly within the IICRC S500 guidelines to keep all costs accurate and 100% covered.

ROLES IN RESTORATION AND REMODELING

Insurance adjuster: investigates claims to determine how much of the damages will be covered and how much you’re responsible for.

Claims adjuster: investigate claims to determine the amount of liability.

Field adjusters:  visit damaged property to gather information.

Restoration technician: conducts initial damage assessment and inputs into our insurance-approved software to provide a quote for you and your insurance company. Once approved, they provide disaster support by repairing and restoring homes and other structures after emergencies.

Contractors: in-house contractors have verified licenses and complete all construction, renovation, and remodeling projects.

Demolition team: tears down unstable structures and buildings, cleans up debris, and prepares the site for new construction work.

HOW WE CAN HELP IF YOUR INSURANCE DECLINES

Although most companies will cover emergency repairs and restoration, sometimes they decline coverage. This could happen for a variety of reasons including insufficient documentation, not filing claims on time, and not paying your premiums.
